MONDAY 25 FEB 2008
Service announcement: We will be performing necessary software work on our mail servers between 18:00 and 24:00 tonight, Monday 25 Feb 08. This work is necessary after we fully evaluated the causes for Friday's outage; the work being carried out is related to our RAID storage systems that are in use on our mail servers.
No e-mails will be lost during this time, however access to POP, IMAP, SMTP and WebMail will have to be disabled while the maintenance is carried out. We have scheduled this time out of office hours, and we hope that this helps minimize any inconvenience to you and your business.

If you have any concerns in regards to the above you can contact:

Information on how to do this can be found in our 'Getting started with webmail' PDF.

2 Nov 2005: Heartbeat page goes live

The Digital Routes Hearbeat Facility is now live and fully functioning. The purpose behind this is to provide a resource for our clients which gives instant feedback on any web or email problems that they might be encountering.

In the Web Server box (left) and the Mail server box (right) the status message at the top should say OK, otherwise we are experiencing problems in that area. This will be denoted by WARN or FAIL

The top menu provides links that should enable you to configure your email accounts or website ftp settings.

One of the main causes for concern is a dropped internet connection. If you cannot see your website or recieve email, try going to a website that you have not visited before. Usually, if this doesn't view, then your connection to the internet has stopped working. Try reconnecting to the internet and if this fails, contact your Internet Service Provider such as wannadoo, aol or zen internet.
